Here goes!
Breakfast:
Starbucks Tall Iced Coffee with NF milk and 4 Splenda
Special K Fruit Crisps bar (you get TWO for only 100 calories!)
Lunch:
Leftover 5 oz. steak, baked potato, and small slice of garlic bread from last night. I ate all the bread, half the steak and half of the potato with 2 TBSP of regular sour cream. YUMMO!
Half of this Vanilla Frozen Yogurt from Costco.
Afternoon Snack:
Cookies and Cream Shake made from:
- 1 can of Vanilla Worldwide Protein Shake
- 2 crushed SF Oreos
- a splash of SF vanilla syrup
- 2 ice cups
I'm enjoying this now - REALLY GOOD!
I should go to the support group tonight, but its open forum and I don't like those. I'd rather drive all the way up there if they have something enjoyable (fitness class, cooking demonstration, etc.)
Need to go run some errands in a bit. I want to go to the .99 Store really bad for some reason =P I always seem to find something interesting there.
